1.1. PayWatch.pro (hereinafter "Project", "Website", or "Platform") is an online service that allows Users to earn rewards by watching video content and performing micro-tasks.
1.2. Account — a unique personal profile assigned to a User upon registration, containing their balance, statistics, and settings.
1.3. User — any individual who has completed the registration process on the Website.
1.4. Advertiser — a User or entity that provides video content or tasks for promotion on the Platform.
1.5. Withdrawal — the process of transferring earned rewards from the internal balance to the User's external electronic wallet or bank card.
2.1. Use of the Project is available only to persons who have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction.
2.2. The Administration reserves the right to change these rules at any time. Changes take effect immediately after publication on this page.
2.3. Inactive accounts (no login for more than 6 months) may be deleted, and their balances reset without the possibility of recovery.
2.4. The Project serves as an intermediary between Advertisers and Users and is not responsible for the content of third-party videos.
3.1. Multi-accounting: Creating more than one account per person, household, or IP address is strictly prohibited. Violation leads to an immediate ban of all related accounts.
3.2. Automation: The use of scripts, bots, auto-clickers, or any software to automate video watching is forbidden.
3.3. VPN/Proxy: Using VPN, Proxy, or Tor to spoof location or bypass regional restrictions is a violation of the terms.
3.4. Accuracy: Users must provide valid payment details. PayWatch is not responsible for funds sent to incorrectly provided wallet addresses.
4.1. Rewards are credited in internal currency or USD as specified in the task description.
4.2. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times (usually 1-7 business days) depend on the User's account level and chosen payment method.
4.3. PayWatch.pro reserves the right to hold payments for up to 14 days for security audits if suspicious activity is detected.
4.4. All applicable transaction fees from payment systems are covered by the User.
5.1. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee a specific amount of daily earnings.
5.2. We are not liable for any financial losses resulting from account hacking if the User failed to secure their password.
5.3. The Administration has the right to suspend the Project for technical maintenance without prior notice.
